Is there such things as Nirvana Dreams?

Nirvana (निर्वाण|; निब्बान; णिव्वाण) is the state of being free from suffering (or dukkha) in sramanic thought. In Pāli, "Nibbāna" means "blowing out" — that is, blowing out the fires of greed, hatred, and delusion. It is a Noble Truth in Buddhism and a central concept in Jainism.

Nirvana...oh how I wish my dreams new this term.

Because not only does my mind like to be overly imaginative; 85% of the time spent in a happily delusional state {head in the clouds as my father puts it}, but the 15% unaccounted for is spent in a sickly twisted dream world.

I don't sleep right. In fact I sleep too heavily so it all seems very real. And the times I can avoid dreaming is spent in a state of insomnia...

So, woe is me. I have bad dreams and I can't seem to tame my mind.

Anyone want to explain the benefits of Lobotomy to me?
